Avangard Seaside Area is a residential complex under construction on Batumi's New Boulevard, at 25 Adlia Street, about 300 meters from the Black Sea. Developed by Avangard, it brings together two residential buildings of 10 and 17 stories with their own amenities for leisure, sport and everyday life.
