Portofino Club Residence is a residential building under construction in Batumi's New Boulevard district, at 31/33 Lech and Maria Kaczyński Street. Developed by Lomora Group, it is a seven-story club residence of 36 homes, 50 meters from the Black Sea. Unlike large resort complexes with hundreds of apartments, Portofino is designed for an intimate way of living, privacy and only a few neighbors.

The architecture takes its cue from the coastline: flowing white balconies, panoramic glazing and open terraces give the building its distinctive look. On sale are studios from 33.4 m², one-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom family residences of up to 123.2 m². Depending on the unit, windows face the sea, the promenade, the Adjara mountains or the green inner courtyard.
