OXY Residence

OXY Residence is a 14-story premium residential building at 12 Adlia Street in Batumi's New Boulevard district. It is part of the ELT Quarter and is being built by ELT Group together with the international hotel group Barceló. Completion is scheduled for 2028.

The first four floors are a four-star Occidental hotel, with residential apartments above. Owners will be able to use hotel services and property management — convenient if the apartment is rented out while you are away from Batumi.

The building's signature feature is its spacious landscaped terraces, which create a sense of private retreat in the middle of the city. Residents get pools, fitness spaces, lounge areas, a reception and 24/7 security. Owners can also use the infrastructure of the ELT Quarter — a district of about 7 hectares with residential complexes, hotels and public spaces.

On sale are studios of 30.4–37.4 m², one-bedroom apartments of 57–62.5 m² and two-bedroom apartments of 71.7–86.5 m². Apartments are handed over in white frame. The layouts suit living in, seasonal stays and renting out. Besides the developer's own offer, there are resale apartments from investors, whose terms and prices may differ.

Apartments can be bought with a TBC Bank mortgage or through the developer's in-house installment plan with monthly or quarterly payments. The installment period and down payment are worked out individually for the chosen apartment.

OXY Residence stands at 12 Adlia Street in the New Boulevard district — one of the fastest-developing parts of Batumi, close to the Black Sea coast.
