Serenade by Tempo

Serenade by Tempo is a residential complex under construction at 57a Adlia Street in Batumi's New Boulevard district. Developed by Tempo Holding, it combines modern architecture, landscaped spaces and amenities for comfortable living by the sea.

The 16-story building has 315 apartments. The architectural concept is by Irakli Emiridze. Serenade's signature feature is its green facade with automatic irrigation: plants are built into the balconies and give the building its distinctive look.

The roof has a panoramic infinity pool with views of the sea and mountains, a lounge and relaxation areas. Inside are a lobby with reception, a co-working space, a children's entertainment center, a café, a beauty salon and other services. Cars park in a mechanized car park.

Apartments in Serenade by Tempo range from compact 32 m² studios to spacious two-bedroom apartments of 109.6 m². Ceilings are 3 meters high. Buyers can choose green frame, a ready renovation or a fully furnished turnkey apartment.

The project suits permanent living, holidays in Batumi and buying property to rent out. Construction is scheduled for completion in August 2028.

Serenade stands in the Adlia area in the south of Batumi, about 750 meters from the Black Sea. This part of the city is developing as a modern residential district with new buildings, green spaces and year-round amenities.

Nearby are the Lech and Maria Kaczyński Park, the Metro City shopping and entertainment center, shops, cafés and the promenades of New Boulevard. Batumi International Airport is not far away.

Serenade is being built next to Queen's Residence, another Tempo Holding project. Together the two complexes form a residential quarter with extra public and recreational spaces.
